i've noticed that you have whitewashed blaise zabini, when he has been repeatedly described as a dark-skinned italian in the books.
in the movie, he was portrayed as a black chararacter. now, i've noticed that you said that you cannot be black AND italian. that is so, so incorrect and logical.
being italian is a nationality, not a race. also black people can be mixed with italian (white being the race). there is a soccer player on the national italian team. his name is mario balotelli. if you do a simple google search on him, you can instantly tell that he is black. also, mario balotelli sounds like a VERY italian name, don't you think?
there are black people all around the world: italy, germany, the uk, japan, china, etc. the whole nine yards. black people do not only exist in the us.
now, let's get back to the main point. please do not whitewash characters. it is hurtful to black and brown people of color. there are tons of articles on why whitewashing is wrong, and you can do a simple google search on it. it ties with colorism and shadeism in the western world.

I really didn't want to offend anyone. I am equally well to people of any race or skin color.
on my picture Blaise have a white skin, cause I was reading HP books in the Russian translation (which is not surprising, isn't it?). Here not mentioned Blaise's skin color anywhere and it makes sense that my own impression.
